9th-23rd April 2022 – Melanie Horn visits Uganda to take part in the training.
This was a very exciting time as Promise received a donation from the Kitchen Table Charity Trust to support the agricultural and natural remedy training known as Inspire Project. This was just in time to provide every farmer and family with a bag including 13 varieties of seeds and tools such as hoes, rakes, spades and watering cans. Promise was able to deliver these to the four communities that it serves – Gombe, Kitanda, Kitungwa and Mbale.

Promise is working towards expanding its outreach to deliver training at the Agricultural Exhibition in Kampala in 2023, as well as delivering its training over local radio to enable phone-in enquiries.
